Asebu Agyendum is less than 20 minutes to Cape Coast Castle in Cape Coast. It is also identified on Google map.
How much it cost to purchase land in Asebu Agyendam?
Currently, the asking price is 5,000 Cedis; however, it is subject to increase, 80×80, per plot.
How do I request to view the land?
Simply call or text on WhatsAPP at 0203132525 | Ghana or (312)757-0950 USA-and we will coordinate a time to meet at the location. Cancellations are subject to a fee for next visits. Diasporas seeking site view and information, remote services are offered.
When could I submit a request for my indentures?
Once plot(s) is paid in full; thereafter, the request for indentures could be provided to ALFA.
What are next steps after I identify a land to purchase?
An arrangement will be made to meet with the Chief of Agyendam and we will explain the traditional approach in asking to purchase land. After the meeting and the land is granted, funds are exchanged and an official receipt is provided by the Chief of Agyendam.
Could I build a residential and commercial property?
Yes, mixed used property is allowed on the land. Kindly inform the Chief of Agyendam of the purpose during time of purchase.
Are there main roads or side roads near the land?
Yes, there are at least four side roads that will guide to Cape Coast, University of Ghana, to the main road to Accra and the Ocean.
Does the land have any infrastructures?
Yes, it currently has water system and electricity. A house is built in Agyendam utilizing those facilities.
Is it required to build a property immediately?
To maintain the polish community appearance, we are asking new owners to build within two years. In other words, build a foundation, windows, doors and roof. If it’s a challenge, land will be granted in a remote area with less expectations.
How long it takes to receive indentures?
If correct information is provided, plots are paid in full, the estimated time is less than two months.
Are installment payments accepted?
Every person situation is different, kindly contact ALFA via phone, text or email of your interest and reasons for installments and will be communicated to the Chief of Agyendam to make the final decision of how it will be handled.
